We have awarded you a grant for a holiday this year and we would be grateful if you could take a couple of minutes to complete this questionnaire about the grant process and your holiday. This will help us in reporting to our funders and in securing further funding for the grant programme. We would also appreciate any photographs and, with your permission, we may wish to use these in our newsletters and promotional material. ‘Your Story’ inspires others to donate so that we can continue our work.
