3H have built an enviable reputation over many years for providing subsidised group holidays for the physically disabled at well researched venues – giving their carers a valuable period of respite at the same time. Many have thought that it was just not possible to get away but with the wealth of experience in organising accommodation, transport, activities, 3H can make it happen.

BENDRIGG TRUST
KENDAL, LAKE DISTRICT – Full Board

Bendrigg Trust is a residential activity centre situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty between the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales. An adventurous programme of activities includes a day canoeing on stunning Lake Windermere, caving in the Yorkshire Dales and climbing on Bendrigg’s accessible indoor wall. Additionally you will have the opportunity to enjoy the on site activities including zip-wire, tube slide, cycling, archery, big swing, indoor caving, sports hall, crafts and a state of the art sensory room. All of these can be tailored to fit your needs and abilities. After a busy day, the fun doesn’t stop, we have a full evening programme too.
CALVERT TRUST
KESWICK, LAKE DISTRICT – Full Board
Sat 24th August – Sat 31st August – Activity holiday for teenagers
The Calvert Trust is situated in the northern area of the Lake District National Park, four miles outside of Keswick, on the shores of Lake Bassenthwaite. An action packed week where you can take part in different activities including canoeing, sailing, climbing, abseiling, the zip-wire, horse riding, trap driving, swimming, the big swing, cycling, archery and a wheelchair assault course. All of these can be tailored to fit your needs and abilities. In the evenings there is a games room, a camp fire and a disco to complete the week.
Both venues offer excellent facilities including tracking hoists, profiling beds, accessible bathrooms and delicious home-cooked food.
