TeensPLUS Challenge Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions

  1. By entering the TeensPLUS Challenge, those with parental responsibility confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. The organisation holding the challenge is the charity The 3H Foundation whose registered office is at B2 Speldhurst Business Park, Langton Road, Speldhurst, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN3 0AQ.
  3. The 3H Foundation are not responsible for any organisation, company or website connected with the challenge. Entrants clicking on any third party links do so at their own risk and in doing so may allow third parties to collect and share data.
  4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this challenge.
  5. The challenge is as advertised, cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative will be offered.
  6. Challenge packs are subject to availability.
  7. The challenge is open to UK residents only aged 13 to 25 with a disability as defined as per the definition in the Equality Act 2010 (section 6) or a young carer aged 13 – 25.
  8. Route to entry for the challenge and details of how to enter are via 3hfund.org.uk
  9. The 3H Foundation will not be responsible for non-receipt of any entry and reserves the right to be able to refuse any entry for any reason at their discretion.
  10. Only one entry will be accepted per person. This gives more people the opportunity to take part.
  11. Those with parental responsibility will be required to give the name, address, date of birth and disability or caring role of the entrant to be entered into the challenge.
  12. The 3H Foundation reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time and withdraw the challenge altogether.
  13. The charity’s decision is final in connection to the challenge and no communication will be entered into.
  14. Entrants agree to any feedback or entrants photos to be used in any publicity material if permission is given. Any personal data relating to the entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection.
  15. You are providing your information to The 3H Foundation and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the Privacy Policy found at https://3hfund.org.uk
  16. The 3H Foundation does not accept any responsibility for any network, computer or software failures of any kind and accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
  17. The 3H Foundation does not accept responsibility for any infringement of any third party intellectual property rights caused by entrants entering this challenge.
  18. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and in the event of a dispute parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
